HOTEL RESORT COSTABELLA

The construction of the Luxury Resort & Spa Costabella tourist complex in Rijeka is an investment of the Czech company JTH Costabella d.o.o., and is estimated at more than 80 million euros. It is planned to build a 5-star hotel consisting of 4 blocks with a total of 132 rooms and 66 villas.

The 500 accommodation units organized in this way offer swimming pools, a wellness area, and a landscaped coastal area with a private yacht berth.

The Institut IGH oversaw construction organization and supervision services of I., II. and III. construction stages of the hotel and the beach of the entire Costabella resort. Work began in 2018, and in May 2021 it was officially opened.
