About the position

We are looking for a responsible, motivated, and ambitious individual, dedicated to the position of Controlling, contract monitoring & reporting specialist (m/f).

Main responsibilities include:

  • Preparation & development of professional analyses and foundations for business plans, objectives, and budgets,
  • Involvement in the preparation of annual plans for the company's organizational units,
  • Monitoring of planned metrics (revenues, expenses),
  • Preparation of presentations for meetings of the Supervisory Board, Management Board, and third parties,
  • Project tracking and updating of the project database,
  • Bookkeeping entries optimisation,
  • Monthly business reports, as well as any other special reports required by the company and institutions,
  • Participation in the development of regulatory acts of the company and implementation activities, maintenance, and improvement of the quality management system in accordance with ISO standards and company documents,
  • Collaboration in the departmental development and introduction of new reports and projects,
  • Cooperation with accounting and other organizational units,
  • Performing other daily tasks as well as additional duties and assignments as required in the workflow.

Basic Requirements:

  • University or College degree, preferably in economics,
  • Min. of 2 years work experience,
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, with a strong focus on MS Excel,
  • Basic knowledge of English language both spoken and written,
  • Reliability and accuracy in completing assigned tasks within deadlines,
  • Proactiveness and focus on finding and proposing solutions,
  • Strong analytical skills, cooperativeness, and teamwork,
  • Familiarity with Power Query and SQL Developer tools, as well as general experience working with SQL databases, will be considered an advantage.
