Renewal and Reconstruction of Eltz Manor Complex in Vukovar

The concerned construction work represents phases 1 and 2 of reconstruction of existing structures of Eltz Manor Complex in Vukovar, which includes the Grand Manor of gross area 4318 m2, guest pavilion of gross area 2279 m2 and service building of gross area 237 m2.
By reconstruction, the building was brought to its use as the City Museum.

In the existing structures, all spaces have been reconstructed by levels, while a new part for accommodation of power facilities was built inside the yard. Since these are historical structures under protection, all requirements related to historical characteristics and shapes were complied with during reconstruction. During reconstruction, all new installations inside the building were placed. The buildings of the Grand Manor and guest pavilion were built using brick of old format with timber rafter roof, while the service building was built using reinforced concrete.

Services by Institut IGH include activities on project management and performance of technical supervision, technical and expert advisory.

Also, all new installations were placed. Structures were built using brick of old size with timber rafter roof. Financed with the funds of the Council of Europe Development Bank.
