Robert Petrosian

Direktor of Institut IGH d.d.

Robert Petrosian is Director of IGH d.o.o. (ZSE: IGH), the European leading infrastructure company delivering professional services across the project lifecycle – from planning, design and engineering to consulting and construction management.

Prior to joining IGH in 2013, Mr. Petrosian served as CEO, Deputy CEO, Chief Design Engineer, Project Manager, Technical office Engineer, Site engineer in international companies in different countries. From 2016 served as Director of IGH Branch in Russia and on the same position in Georgian Branch from 2017.

It is worthy to say that Mr. Petrosian was involved and managed projects in a fields of construction, design and supervision: railroads, runways, hospitals and international medical centers, power supply and substations, NPP, industrial plants and warehouses, infrastructure.

IGH and partners, with their clients in the State and private sectors solve complicated challenges, creating a legacy for next generations and aiming to deliver a better world.

Igor Džajić
Technical Director


Expert in design of bridges, prestressed structures, concrete of ultra-high performance features and structure testing. During his rich and successful career as contractor and designer, he has held numerous responsible positions and participated in demanding projects. Has been working for IGH since 2004. Long standing Head of Laboratories and the Design Department, currently holding the position of Technical Director. Graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University of Zagreb and obtained the title of Master of Science, authored many scholarly articles and publications.

Vedrana Tudor
Head of Regional Centre Split


Key qualifications in strategic and operational management of complex projects, management of quality control processes for materials and construction products, laboratory testing and expert support to clients. She started her career as a designer and supervising engineer for investment development. She joined Institut IGH in 2007 as a project manager, then became Head of Laboratory at IGH Split, and finally she assumed her current function of Head of Regional Centre IGH Split. She obtained her master's degree from the Faculty of Civil Engineering Sciences, Split, while she earned her International Executive MBA degree from the Bled School of Management, Slovenia. She is a member of the Croatian Chamber of Civil Engineers and holds numerous professional training certificates.

Miroslav Pauzar
Head of Regional Centre Osijek


He built his long career at Institut IGH, starting as designer, project manager and then chief supervising engineer on different projects in Slavonia, in all economic sectors (civil engineering, building construction, water engineering, energetics etc.). He has been the Head of Regional Centre IGH Osijek since 2013. He graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering Sciences, University of Zagreb, is a holder of PMP Certificate, member of numerous professional associations and arbitrator of the Arbitration Court of the Croatian Chamber of Civil Engineering. He has also co-authored several professional papers.

Hrvoje Sironić
Head of Regional Centre Rijeka


Employed with Institut IGH since 2003, he performed duties as the Deputy Head of Laboratory of Regional Centre Rijeka, technologist for concrete structures, Assistant Head of Materials and Structures Department and Head of Laboratory for Materials and Structures at Regional Centre Rijeka. His speciality is concrete production and placement technology, condition determination and development of solutions for rehabilitation of concrete structures. Currently Acting Head of Regional Centre Rijeka.

Slaviša Rajič
Head of Materials and Structures Department


He made his entire career at IGH, performing different duties, from head of control testing, associate to the chief designer, designer and supervising engineer. Currently Head of Materials and Structures Department, he graduated and obtained his master's degree from the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Zagreb, and authored several professional papers.

Aleksandar Šarić
Head od Professional Supervision and Project Management Department


An expert with 20 years of rich professional experience in expert civil engineering and financial supervision of large infrastructure projects in Croatia and abroad, especially of transport  and water infrastructure and utilities such as motorways, express roads, urban roads, agglomerations, railways and so on. As the lead supervisor, Head of a supervision team, FIDIC engineer and Chief supervising engineer and Supervising engineer, he participated on a number of projects and monitored their overall implementation. For many years, he acted as Head of the Civil Engineering Division and is the current Head of Expert Supervision and Project Management Department. He is a permanently appointed expert witness for civil engineering and real estate appraisal and is a member of the Croatian Chamber of Civil Engineers.

Zoran Tomašević
Head od Engineering Research Department

MEng. CE

Over 15 years of experience gained on national and international markets on large energy and infrastructure projects,  in management, project management and business development. In IGH, he was appointed Deputy CEO of the Georgian Branch, BDM, business coordinator for the Romanian market, and Project Manager of road design projects in Croatia.

Domagoj Šimunović
International markets, tendering and contracting director


He started his career at the Croatian Ministry of Finance working on IPA project implementation, after which he came to the Central Finance and Contracting Agency ( CFCA ) , where he had varied roles, including that of Assistant Director and Deputy Director. He joined IGH to participate in the fostering of consulting services segment and a more intense internationalization of business as Head of EU Funds and Head of International Markets and Contracting. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb.
