Robert Petrosian is Chairman of the Board of Institut IGH d.d. , the European leading infrastructure company delivering professional services across the project lifecycle – from planning, design and engineering to consulting and construction management.

Prior to joining Institut IGH, d.d. in 2013, Mr. Petrosian served as CEO, Deputy CEO, Chief Design Engineer, Project Manager, Technical office Engineer, Site engineer in international companies in different countries. From 2016 served as Director of IGH Branch in Russia and on the same position in Georgian Branch from 2017.

It is worthy to say that Mr. Petrosian was involved and managed projects in the fields of construction, design and supervision: railroads, runways, hospitals and international medical centers, power supply and substations, NPP, industrial plants and warehouses, infrastructure.

Key qualifications in the strategic and operational management of complex projects, management of quality control processes for materials and construction products, laboratory testing and expert support to clients. She started her career as a designer and supervising engineer for investment development. She joined Institut IGH, d.d. in 2007 as a project manager, then became Head of Laboratory at IGH Split, and finally, she assumed her current function of Head of Regional Centre IGH Split. Now she is a member of the Management Board. She obtained her master's degree from the Faculty of Civil Engineering Sciences, Split, while she earned her International Executive MBA degree from the Bled School of Management, Slovenia. She is a member of the Croatian Chamber of Civil Engineers and holds numerous professional training certificates.

He built his long career at Institut IGH, d.d. , starting as a designer, project manager, and then chief supervising engineer on different projects in Slavonia, in all economic sectors (civil engineering, building construction, water engineering, energetics etc.). He has been the Head of Regional Centre IGH Osijek since 2013. Now he is obtaining the position as a member of the Management Board. He graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering Sciences, University of Zagreb, is a holder of PMP Certificate, member of numerous professional associations and arbitrator of the Arbitration Court of the Croatian Chamber of Civil Engineering. He has also co-authored several professional papers.

Expert in the design of bridges, prestressed structures, concrete of ultra-high performance features and structure testing. During his rich and successful career as a contractor and designer, he has held numerous responsible positions and participated in demanding projects. Has been working for Institut IGH, d.d. since 2004. Long-standing Head of Laboratories and the Design Department, as well as holding the position of Technical Director, he is currently obtaining the position as a member of the Management Board. Graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University of Zagreb and obtained the title of Master of Science, authored many scholarly articles and publications.

Employed with Institut IGH, d.d. since 2003, he performed duties as the Deputy Head of Laboratory of Regional Centre Rijeka, a technologist for concrete structures, Assistant Head of Materials and Structures Department and Head of Laboratory for Materials and Structures at Regional Centre Rijeka. His speciality is concrete production and placement technology, condition determination and development of solutions for the rehabilitation of concrete structures. Currently Acting Head of Regional Centre Rijeka.

He started his career in Institute IGH, d.d. in 2002 designing repairs of engineering structures and working as an associate/specialist/designer. Since 2009, he is head of a structural repair and building management team, dealing in research, repair design and supervision during structure repair. In his work, he deals intensely with issues in the durability of reinforced concrete structures, which was the topic of his Ph.D. dissertation in 2009. He authored several scientific and professional papers both in Croatia and abroad. Since 2018, he is the head of the Structure design department of Institute IGH which combines the design of new and existing constructions, and he is currently Head of the design department. He is also a certified court expert for civil engineering and real estate appraisal and is a member of the Croatian Chamber of civil engineers.

Marija Đuroković

Marija Đuroković has years of professional experience in production, quality control, cement certification and other construction products. She graduated in Chemistry in 1997 from the Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb. She started working in the Našicecement d.d. company that same year, where she remained until 2011 as Head of QC and QM and Head of Technology Centre. She has been an employee at the Institut IGH, Zagreb, since 2011 as Head of Laboratory for Binders and Ecology. Ms Đuroković defended her doctoral thesis "Chemical resistance of cement pastes to the action of deionized water " in 2019 at the Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb. She started her scientific activities in Našicecement. Her particular field of interest was applying science in the development of new products with modified properties and reduced environmental impact. She publishes in scientific journals and is a long-standing Chairwoman of the Technical Committee 74 for Cement and Lime at the Croatian Standards Institut. Since 2021, Ms Đuroković also chairs the Scientific and Research Council of the Institut IGH d.d.
