Situated next to Slavonska avenija, the office complex called IGH Towers has been conceived as a new dominant architectural benchmark surrounded by the existing megastructures that give character to this part of Croatia's capital.
The design of the towers is based on principles of organic mathematics. Three regularly shaped circles audaciously placed on the plot emerge in different ways from the terrain. In this way, specific spatial interrelations are formed which enables creation of an approach square at the corner formed by Rakušina ulica and Slavonska avenija. Glass towers, each of different height, are clad in a network formed of load bearing elements, which gives them specific character. On the other hand, the conference hall is almost lost in the base and forms some sort of a hill at the approach square.
