Procedure of elaboration and issuing of the Croatian Technical Approval (CTA)

The process of elaboration and issuing of Technical Approvals has been recognised in the Quality Management System documents as one of the principle processes carried out in Institut IGH d.d. Scope of application refers to one producer, one plant (factory) and one product with defined intended end use/purpose. The procedure is defined by the matrix of responsibility for implementation of the CTA elaboration and issuing procedure and by a schematic presentation of the process, which is an integral part of the rules designated to all the participants in the procedure.

The producer, or his authorised representative, fills in the Request for CTA and submits it to the Responsible person of IGH TD. If the Request for CTA is justified and complete, the applicant will receive an offer from Institut IGH d.d. IGH TD. The CTA elaboration and issuing procedure commences with verification of the Statement on Offer Acceptance.
